BOOKINGS
All makeup and beauty services are to be booked online through my booking system. Please make sure to carefully read through my T&C’s so you understand and agree to them before making your appointment.
If there is no availability on the date you are wanting, please email me at charlottejartistry@hotmail.com as I may be able to fit you in on another day, otherwise it will mean I am unavailable or already booked out. Please allow 2-4 business days for a reply. If your enquiry is for a booking in the next 1-2 days please label in the subject box ‘URGENT’.
All bridal bookings and enquiries are to be done via email.

DEPOSITS

All makeup appointments require a non-refundable deposit which you will be prompted to pay at the time of booking your appointment online or via email for bridal bookings. This deposit secures your spot and ensures your booking time will not be given to anyone else.

SUNDAY + PUBLIC HOLIDAY BOOKINGS

For any hair and makeup bookings on Sundays or public holidays please email me at charlottejartistry@hotmail.com as I will not have those days available to book online. Any hair or makeup bookings made on a Sunday or public holiday will automatically incur a $20 fee to your booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. If your appointment has been cancelled on my end due to sickness or unavailability you will be able to use your booking fee for a future makeup or beauty appointment (6 month expiry).

If you need to cancel within 1-2 days of your appointment, please label the subject box as URGENT. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, there will be a cancellation fee worth 50% of the service (covered by the deposit). If you cancel within 4 hours or don’t show up to your appointment, you will still have to pay the full amount for the service.

LOCATION

Vain Hair Glenelg
Please allow enough time to find the car park and locate the salon. There is a car park beside the building which can sometimes have a park or two free however there is plenty of all day street parking along Partridge St and some timed parking along Broadway. If you arrive 15-20 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or changed as I may not have enough time to provide the full service. If you are running late or there is an emergency please call: 0452 661 592 and leave a text or voice message as I may be with another client. If your appointment is cancelled because you are late you will be required to pay the full amount of your appointment. If you need to re-book you will have to pay the booking fee again as booking fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. There is a toilet at the salon which clients are welcome to use. We kindly ask that you come to your appointment solo — the salon is quite busy most of the day and my space isn’t set up to safely accommodate children or extra guests. This allows you (and everyone else!) to fully relax and enjoy your treatment.

MAKEUP & BEAUTY APPOINTMENTS

Please arrive at your makeup & beauty appointments with no makeup/a clean face.
If you are under the age of 18 and wish to have a parent or friend with you at your appointment that is completely fine. Please just let me know so I am able to facilitate a chair. Please also limit it to one person as the salon can become quite crowded, especially on the weekend.
Please wear comfortable clothing and something that is easy to take off after the makeup is done. Please no high neck tops or jumpers as I need to see the skin tone to correctly match the foundation.
All makeup services come with complimentary individual lashes. Please let me know at the time of your booking if you wish to have strip lashes as there will be an additional $10 on top of the service fee. 

BRIDAL PARTIES/WEDDING BOOKINGS

Please contact me directly via email for all enquiries regarding deposits and travel fees for your bridal party and wedding day.

PAYMENT

When booking a beauty service online you are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated in the text above/on my booking system.

Please advise me if you are taking any acne/skin medications, if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have any allergies or skin conditions e.g. cold sores, open wounds, rashes, warts or conjunctivitis. If you happen to have one of the skin conditions listed above without letting me know then the makeup or beauty service may not be provided and you may be turned away.

Please make sure to warn me and be honest about all of the above as I will not fall responsible or offer refunds if any reactions occur.
